Have to say, besides the bed which was too soft and squeaky and also the lack of a working wifi, the hotel was ok. The staff was friendly and housekeeping did a wonderful job every day keeping the room tidy and clean. The location is great, near Kensington Garden and the underground station Lancaster Gate, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Not all are good though: stay away from Taormina. The food is very average, the staff arrogant, unfriendly and indifferent and prices are too high compared to the quality of this place. In all a poor dining experience.
